My Note
My goal for Fix #64 was to get an easy-to-pack, vacation-ready wardrobe. I asked Kimberly to send 5 vacation essentials that could mix and match for those last-minute long weekend kind of trips.
I’m sure you can guess by now that she D-E-L-I-V-E-R-E-D, so enough chit chat…on to the goods!

LooC #1–CeCe Sportswear
CeCe Sportswear Raelyne Off The Shoulder Cotton Top
Fit: TTS. Wearing my regular size S here. I love how it flows away from the body, without looking boxy or frumpy.
Price: $68 for this well-known brand. Pretty expected price-point for my Fixes (but remember, you can always set your ideal price point LOWER!)

Verdict: Return, just for the fact that this top would not be super functional for my toddler-chasin’ Mama life right now.
LooC #2–Loveappella
Loveappella Torri Knit Maxi Dress
Fit: TTS, however the waistband was surprisingly tight π― The length was perfectly tailored for my 5′ 4″ frame (taller girls, this may run short on you!)
Price: $$, just under $80 for this beautiful dress. I think its versatility makes it worth the investment. This flowy piece could easily work in a classroom, at a brunch, and even a fancy wedding, with the right accessories. Versatile + effortless = WIN

Verdict: Return., since the waistband was not super comfortable on me.
LooC #3–Market & Spruce
Market & Spruce Ezide Textured Print Top + Market & Spruce Lorraine Printed Short
Fit: the Ezide top fit TTS, but with a really odd cut that was wide around the armpits, but narrow around the hips. The Lorraine shorts boasted a modest 3″ inseam (my preferred length π€) with a bit of stretch built into them. These 2οΈβ£ were my FAVE items straight out-of-the-box. However, fit issues quickly made them my least fave items from Fix #64 βΉοΈ .
Verdict: Return
LooC #4–Michael Stars
Michael Stars Verna Dolman Sleeve Knit Top
Fit: TTS. Probably one of the best-fitting dolmans I’ve ever tried. Plus, it’s legging-friendly, and I am all about a loose top with leggings any day of the week!!

Price: $$$ I’m quickly learning that Michael Stars is definitely NOT a bargain brand. This simple, light pink dolman will cost you nearly $90 π³π³π³ . While I’m not opposed to spending that on a well-constructed pair of leggings or running shoes, it does seem a little cray for a lazy-day sweatshirt.
Verdict: Return. Luckily, I found some easy-breezy pullovers for about half the price (with code LONGWEEKEND) π€©

Tell me, what is the ONE thing you absolutely MUST have when you go on vacation? When I pack, I always have to include a comfy pair of Tieks, my hair towel I use when I wash my face (oh, and my fave travel steamer, obviously!)
