What will you need?  

Lauren and Kelly are all about easily-accessible workouts for EVERYONE–whether you plan to use your local gym or workout from home (like me! 🙋🏻‍♀️). 

Here are my top 3 recommendations for your home gym foundation:

  • A set of 3, 5, and 8-pound dumbbells
  • A thick yoga mat (helps cushion knees, back, and best for post-workout stretching)
  • Sports watch (you could also use Fit Radio’s built-in interval timer)

I’ve added all 3 items (plus a few extras) to an Amazon Shopping List for ‘ya.  With Prime shipping, you’ll be sure to have everything you need in time for November 19–Challenge Day 1.  My only other major recommendation is to have water 💦 close by during each workout.  Even though these SISSFiT HIIT sessions are only 30-minutes, they pack a major PUNCH…be ready to sweat your 🍑 off 😅!!
